Reproductive Rights Funding Portfolio Review

Leading a strategy review of a funding organization’s $30 million portfolio of funding for legal, policy and social change advocacy and civil society capacity related to reproductive health and rights. (December 2013-Present)

Civil Society Advocacy Initiative

Led evaluation of the Institute for Sustainable Community’s civil society advocacy capacity development program in Serbia as part of a seven-year program funded by USAID. (March 2013-August 2013)

Population Action International Climate Change Initiative

Collaborating with staff to develop internal monitoring and evaluation approaches to monitor and evaluation climate change research, communications, partnerships and policy influencing strategies. (September 2012-March 2013)

Population Action International “The Integration Partnership”

Evaluation team leader for design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation of Population Action International’s multi-year policy advocacy and capacity building project in five African countries. (January 2011-November 2012)

Catholics for Choice Communications and Advocacy Training Program

Conducted outcome evaluation focusing on application of training by program participants. Developed internal monitoring and evaluation tools for the organization’s ongoing use. (November 2011-April 2012)

International Justice Mission’s “Project Lantern”

Evaluation team member reviewing the impact of a project in Cebu, Philippines aimed at improving the response of the public justice system to sex trafficking. Led development of the evaluation and creation of data collection tools. Participated in data collection, analysis and reporting. (June 2010–Oct 2010)
